These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Nailz Beauty Ltd ("we", "our", "us") and any individual or entity making a purchase through our website (the “Site”).
By placing an order, the customer (“you” or “the Client”) acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation and confirms legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
1. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time your order is confirmed. Where relevant, updates may be announced on the Site.
These Terms comply with UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and all applicable regulations.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Key features of each product are listed on its dedicated page. Product images, videos, descriptions and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.
All size guides and measurements are provided for reference. A manufacturing tolerance of ±2 cm may apply.
3. PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
All items are offered subject to availability. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are calculated and shown separately before final order confirmation.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to a product's components when necessary for production, provided this does not materially alter its core characteristics.
⚠️ No changes to the delivery address can be made after your order is confirmed.
4. ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, follow these steps:

Enter contact and delivery details
Apply discount code (if any)
Select delivery method
Secure payment
Receive order confirmation via email
The contract is formed upon receipt of this confirmation email.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via a secure payment gateway, in compliance with PCI DSS and SSL encryption standards.
We never have access to your banking details.
If you suspect fraud, please contact your bank immediately. In the absence of a withdrawal request or genuine error, any abusive chargebacks or cancellations may result in legal action or compensation claims.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method, and clearly indicated before payment.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your shipping information. We accept no liability for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.
We deliver to the UK, EU, and internationally (additional charges may apply).
7. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Upon delivery, you must inspect the package. If the item appears damaged, missing or incorrect:

If you fail to do so, the order will be deemed accepted and compliant.
8. CUSTOMS DUTIES OUTSIDE THE UK
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be claimed from us.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
In case of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If no agreement is reached, any dispute will be submitted to the competent UK courts, even if the customer resides abroad.
In accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015, you may also request access to a certified ADR provider, details of which are available on request.
