Subscription Policy – Nailz Beauty

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to subscription-based purchases on our website. By subscribing to any of our products or services, you agree to the following terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.
Nailz Beauty offers certain products on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or bi-monthly delivery). When you subscribe, you agree to receive recurring charges and automatic deliveries according to the frequency selected during checkout.
Subscriptions are billed automatically to the payment method provided at the time of initial purchase.
The billing cycle (monthly, every 2 months, etc.) is specified on the product page and in your confirmation email.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT if applicable.
If a payment fails, we may retry up to 3 times before cancelling the subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are valid and up to date.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle:
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Any changes made after this window may apply from the following billing cycle.
If you cancel, your current subscription will continue until the end of the paid period, and you won’t be billed again.
Subscription products are dispatched according to the selected frequency and shipping address.
Delivery times and costs remain the same as for standard orders.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before the next billing cycle to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Subscription products follow the same return policy as individual purchases. However:
Products that have already been shipped or used are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty.
You may return unopened subscription items within 90 days, at your own expense, subject to our standard Returns Policy.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receiving the returned item.
Occasionally, subscription products may include discounts (e.g., 10% off every order). These offers are valid only as long as your subscription is active.
If your subscription is cancelled or interrupted, any discounted pricing will be revoked, and future purchases will be charged at standard retail prices.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for reasons including:
Repeated failed payments
Misuse or abuse of the service
Fraudulent activity
Violation of our Terms of Service
In such cases, you will be notified via email.
We may update this policy at any time. Substantial changes will be notified in advance via email or on our website. Continuing your subscription after such updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
